Personal Data Treatment

The treatment is carried out by Chiron on behalf of the Customer, who therefore remains the Data Controller of the personal data of the users of its website.
Chiron, in particular, collects and analyzes data for the sole purpose of carrying out the services requested by the Customer with the activation of Sirio and does not use the data in question for further and different purposes (such as, for example, the transfer of data to third parties or the use of the same data for the execution of services in favor of other Customers).
Chiron therefore operates as Data Processor, pursuant to articles 4 and 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

In order to be able to proceed with the provision of the service on behalf of the Customer, it is therefore necessary that Chiron is also formally appointed as Data Processor, by completing and signing the appropriate appointment contract pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to verify the completeness of the privacy information (including the cookie policy) of its website and its compliance with the regulations in force (such as for example the aforementioned EU Regulation 2016/679, the indications of the Guarantor and the Directive e-Privacy, including the acquisition of user consent, where necessary).
It is therefore advisable to verify full compliance with the applicable regulations with the help of your privacy consultants.
